Spain, Kingdom. A Luzon Campaign Medal Newly Listed and an ornate upperInstituted January 11, 1897. A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse bears the bust of the young Alfonso XIII, encompassed by the inscription ALOS LEALES VOLUNTARIOS DE FILIPINAS, the reverse bears the inscription CAMPANA DE LUZON 1896 1897, with a loop for suspension, on a red and yellow ribbon with horizontal pin brooch, very fine.
